Yes they replaced the word "mammy" with "Mommy" and "DARKIES" with "Old Folks." It is a Minstrel song.

We're all neighbors here--all ethnicities.
Most of us (with some exceptions) find racism pretty disgusting.
And yes, Texans of Mexican heritage are a huge part of who we are.
