I love all the Vols pretending that East Tennessee doesn't have more meth than Walter White's RV. Mississippi has plenty of issues, glaring issues, but I'd much rather live in Oxford than any town of comparable size east of the Duck River Valley, and I say this as a fifth generation Tennesseean from a family that's rife with Volunteers. Tennessee's four major cities are all better than like Jackson, MS, and I have family in each, but East Tennessee could easily be confused for the North Georgia experienced in Deliverance.
