Newton is projected to be drafted mid 1st round. He will get a multi-million dollar contract next August. The ONLY way to punish him is with the guilt of the punishment that he cost his teamates.....assuming he has a conscience.

Based on what we know to be true (laptop, traffic violations, etc) I'd say that could be a pretty big assumption.

Why wait for this to screw up the outcome of the season when its becoming obvious that some if not all allegations occured. Too many allegations out there to be just rumors. Starting to think AU's highly ranked recruiting class might have been paid for, with Trooper caught up in the deal as well. LOL Time will tell, hopefully sooner than later! Geaux LSU Tigers!!!

a. do nothing. SEC will make more money if Auburn make a NC run. Everything can be taken away except the money that was earned from the bowls. This why I think the SEC will do nothing til the season is over Jan 2011.
