Yeah out of every AU fan I know IRL, off the top of my head I actually can't think of a single one that is a tool.

Same for UGA fans I know IRL. I hope that the rivalry can get back on friendlier terms, it has always been one of my favorite games.

I know douchebag UGA fans, just like I know douchebag AU fans. But neither are douchey on account of their school allegiance, they just suck.

This. I dont allow the internet fan base to change my opinion. On the way out of the stadium last year, an Auburn fan handed me a Natty light and said you need this more than I do. Awful nice of him.

I know pleeenty of tool UGA fans, but that's only because I know a shite ton of them. I only know like 6 or 7 AU fans.

Upvoted but I still have a lot of anger because of Nick Fairley and his play in 2010. And things have really heated up over the last few years.
Got a lot of friends that are blue and orange Gumps. And we can all agree on our hatred for their idiot cousin Hounds-tooth Gumps so there is that. They are kind of like how I view LSU, I don't hate seeing them win when it is not against us.

It's kind of neither for me anymore. I never really paid attention to cfb prior to starting at Auburn, had little to no knowledge of Georgia. Overtime I grew to dislike Georgia because of a few students I knew.
Then I married a uga grad. So I guess you can say I have relations with a uga alumni.
Living in atl amongst sidewalk fans hasn't endeared me either to UGA.
That said. My dislike of UGA has dropped tremendously over the last year BECAUSE of the rant. .
I like many of the uga posters here. Yes some suck, but some Auburn ones do too.

Don't post much but had to say something when I saw this. I grew up in Fayette County as well (Brooks). Absolutely loved it there but times are a changing so my family moved a few years ago. I'm currently in my 3rd year at UGA. Anyway, heres to a great game saturday.

Its tough to vote on this because Georgia and Auburn are like siblings. As Georgia fans, we hate Florida with every ounce of existence. I think most of us actually pull for Auburn when they aren't playing Georgia. With the amount of Georgia students and proximity to Georgia, it is just as much a Georgia school as Alabama.

I'm bipolar on this subject. I can and do have good relations with avid UGA people, and will on occasion defend UGA to outsiders. I rarely do that for Bama, for example.
But I certainly despise their football program and hate losing to them.
