I still can't believe you ran off a HOF coach for not advancing in the tourney in a few years and replaced him with someone who's NEVER won a tournament game
And yet they stilll find ways to defend the hire

5.5 million dollars for a coach who's NEVER won an NCAA tournament game? this is comedy gold

What's he supposed to say?

"The team captain of my national championship team is going to shite the bed at his old college home."

I like Pitino as a coach, but this endorsement is meaningless.

Is Pitinos endorsement for Popes BKBall coaching ability or Popes restaurant waitress sex game?

After some of the things Kentucky fans have posted the past few days, there are a lot of contenders for that title. But I am sure a Kentucky fan won’t win it, they haven’t been able to win shite for years.

Wouldve made it all that much more special if we'd hired him back.

Oh well. Maybe Pope will do good. We shall see. Hopefully he is basically Pitinos clone

Nah Mark is too tall for a restaurant table.

Besides if we hired Rick back then Cal would actually have motivation to work for a living. He lost his fire when Rick left Louisville. He could barely even get up the hate for Bruce Pearl.
