But looking ahead to see a losing trip to Fayetteville must have been the deciding factor. He knows he would be in for a long long string of losses in the Border Line Rivalry if he stayed

He's out for health reasons no doubt. But a guy like him, best medicine is to coach the game he loves. The timing of this before seasons end tells me the added chit going on campus made it impossible. That's my take like it or not. I disagree he was pushed out, I don't buy it. Word eventually would get out and Mizzou fans would have a fit. I honestly believe what pushed him over the edge was the campus bs. Pure and simple. Too much to consume at one time did it. He made right decision.
