For normal folks, it is 4,2,1, nope.

This coming Saturday in College Station, it'll just be 3,3,3,3,3,3,3.... for the Bama defense.

Bet you he starts more NFL games than Tyler Wilson and Ryan Mallet combined.

I bet you a bill that he never sees the NFL sideline and will either have to go to Canada or sit out. Not many Doug Flutie types make it in the NFL in case you did not know that.

I know I always did better the night before a test if I got some.

In all seriousness though, it's just who the kid is. It worked last year and hopefully it works this year. If not, I'm sure we will never hear the end of it.

Dude Colt McCoy got drafted in the second round and started a whole season for the browns with that noodle arm. Manziel is more than just a running QB. Name me an undersized QB that won the heisman trophy as a freshman and wasnt even drafted in the NFL....I'll wait.

Did he miss a single practice, film session, team meeting or any other team commitment to do so?

There's your answer.

Looks like the same way he prepared for the cotton bowl last year. He's the picture of consistency.

I think everyone else is more concerned with the fact that we arent concerned, which makes us even less concerned.

Surprised that this hasnt been the narrative all along. Just like golf he has a preshot routine for football games.

Sunday - Professional sports game - Slay blond chick
Monday - Sleep in from hangover
Tuesday - Online Class
Wednesday - Happy hour - slay brunette
Thursday - Sign Autographs for spending money
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Dominate football game

In a very short time, the kid has gone from a nameless backup to college football's Elvis.

That's a lot for a 20 y/o mind to handle.
