Completely forgot Longo went to Wisconsin. Having had him and Lebby both, give me Lebby every day.

Will be interesting to see if Garett Riley is actually a good OC on his own.

I can't seem to find Rich Scangarello on that list. Surely an error.

Grubb should be #1. Washington's offense is a thing of beauty.

He was solid under BK (#17 and #20 in offensive efficiency).

Plunged to #40 last year but that could be blamed on the quarterback injury.

He's probably minimum top 15 with Alabama's talent, I just figured they'd go for someone with more experience as I assume Saban wants someone who can run the offense with a reasonable level of autonomy.

I thought that might generate some discussion.

0 points against Texas gets you the #6 spot

We beat A&M with Case McCoy. Hell we beat OU with Case McCoy

Heupel should prob be on the list despite being HC what with the number one offense and all.

I didn't even know Clemson hired Riley's brother. That could be the move to get that offense going again. It's not been the same since Lawrence and Etienne left.

They had a run of really great QBs. I think that's what halted their O more than anything but if little Riley is like his brother then it could def. help them.

Notre Dame's offense got better when their starting QB went down.

Forgot where ended up. Somewhere nearby I think.

LMAO. Please be someone Kirby listens to.

Roster full of 5*s vs a roster minus about 20 scholarship players. Lots and lots of figuring there. But yes, everything is about Georgia even when the topic has nothing whatsoever to do with Georgia.

According to 247 Sports, Tennessee had 85 scholarship players last season.

Yeah no. Assume tho we did - not comparable at all to UGA's 5*s. The upcoming recruiting class is being touted right now as being the 1st time in 10 years we will have had back to back top 10 classes (just top 10 and it's worth celebrating). And those upcoming (unsigned) ones are wayyyyyy better than anything that faced UGA's back to back "we broke the formula for number 1" classes that were on the field.

Link?

247 Sports is usually pretty reliable.

I definitely agree.

Georgia was #2 in team talent I believe while Tennessee was somewhere in the very late teens.

Show me yours (I want to see what they're listing). We've been operating under self-imposed sanctions and have been down since Heupel took over.

If 247 has scholarship players listed at 85 for last season or the year prior it's an error. It may be counting an 85 man roster but there aren't 85 scholarship players.
