Fournette would shine behind all but the absolute worst Olines.

1. Browns - Jon Allen

I'm glad he's about to get paid. But frick, not the Browns.

6. Panthers - Carl Lawson

I'm glad to see Lawson has stayed healthy and played great. But with his injury history, there's no way he goes that early.

11. Colts - Tim Williams
this is the highest ice seem him projected on any mock draft. But the NFL is a pass happy league. He'd probably see more playing time there than in the SEC.

quote:

13. Bills - Leonard Fournette

I know the RB position has lost its value, but this would be an absolute steal at 13.

quote:

23. Falcons - Marlon Humphrey

I've seen him much higher than this. But with his ball skills this season, I'm still surprised he's this high. But he is an athletic beast. He's fast and physical. I'm guessing they figure they think he's worth the pick to develop his coverage skills.

Hump's been our best corner defending the short passing game and in run support. He's not been great down the field at times, but at other times he has been really good. He's generally in position, but struggles adjusting to the ball in the air.

Interestingly I just realized no Cam Robinson.

In that case he'd be a steal in the 2nd round

I won't be surprised if Fournette isn't the first back taken. There will be teams with Cook higher on the board. Vision is a question mark for Fournette

Way too high.

He's playing like the guy we expected him to be since the A&M game. Not sure he doesn't end up in the top half of the first round when it's all said and done. The arrest last summer could prove problematic.

Tre White is going to be a first round pick before Adams. NFL needs lock down CBs.
LSU is going to have 4 first rounders depending on who leaves.

I can agree with that, but I wouldn't take him in the first round. I can't name one CB out of Bama that has shined in the NFL. Our monster front 7 makes them look better than they are. Not that they aren't great athletes, but our system doesn't translate well to the pro game.

Every mock draft I've looked at has Fournette going Top 5 or Top 10. Because he is Top 5 talent

I thought Hump was going to be lights out this season but he's been our worst corner and a liability in pass coverage all year. I don't see what these people see right now.
not saying he's garbage, but i never thought he played at a level which warranted such a pick.

now fitzpatrick next year should be top 10. straight baller.

Including safeties? Landon Collins is having a great year this year.

Kareem Jackson started out slow with the Texans, but he's been a great player the last 3 or 4 years.

He will be on draft day. Not sure why this mock draft doesn't have him going in the 1st round, but he'll be called on day one.
