Our last two trips placed us in the final four both times, LSU's last trip after quite a drought? Well...

one of your last two trips also resulted in LSU winning the CWS, so there's that. I guess in the word of moral victories you might have something. I know it must be frustrating having been a decade since last winning an SEC title and losing 8 of your last 9 series against LSU as well as getting blown out in two straight games in your "final four appearance" in the 2009 CWS

You should have said something about small ball, but still a decent attempt. Glad a few of you piggies have come out of hiding now that the offseason has arrived.

Perhaps all that travel will help Arky win the LSU series for the second time in 10 attempts.

Probably not gonna happen. Young arms this year. I'm sure they'll benefit greatly from the rough environment in California. I'm just waiting for the day LSU's baseball team uses their bus. It's still in such good condition.

It's always nice to see conference mates taking steps to improve their programs. I fly the SEC flag high.

This is like a Jacksonville Jaguars fan flaming a Pittsburgh Steelers fan over their accomplishments.

Seriously, a LSU baseball schedule thread?

Take note Arkie, Mizzou, MSU ... when you reach the big time in baseball you don't have to travel anymore OoC. Opponents come to you.

BTW, SCAR does not leave the state for their OoC schedule either.

You do realize there's a reason LSU baseball doesn't have to travel as much as other schools, right?

it's also pointless when it doesn't have any effect on the tournament and the fact that the SEC being as good as it is negates any need to schedule hard OOC opponents.

Most of our OOC opponents outside of Louisiana are played in Omaha, many of them leading to NCs.
