Well give us three RBs on a single team that has more talent collectively than those three.

RB is so hard to project anymore in this NFL. Yeldon is about the most NFL ready. Henry and Drake have a looooooooong way to go to be considered along those same lines.

You're fricking kidding me I hope. I know we're all homers but Jesus Christ. Do you really think there aren't any NFL teams with 3 backs better than 3 guys sitting on a college roster?

Let's assume he's right even though I think it's wildly and laughably off base. What does he stand to benefit from spewing shite like this to the media? Now think about the potential damage it could do to him. Balance the two. If your final conclusion is Kiffin is a moron, then you're right too.

Arkansas has sent 7 RBs to the NFL in the last 8 years, 3 played together on one team, 4 on the other.
We could easily say all 3 of our current RBs will find themselves in the NFL one day, but that is a far cry from claiming the 3 are better than every RB roster in the NFL...

They are great talents, no doubt, but its just not a smart statement. He's coaching a team loaded with talent, in college, while resurrecting his coaching status, which looks terrible if you look at last 3 stops. Then, says he's not only coaching NFL talent, but the best NFL talent. He doesn't know how, on a rudimentary level, to play the expectations game, and its a no-win for him. If they are good, its talent. If they are subpar, he sucks....Saban would have said, "Its about the process, and we will try to improve every week"...Its like Kiffin has never grown as a coach anywhere he's been, and I think he's hoping that talent/opportunity that he's been blessed with will resurrect his image...Just an empty suit from outside looking in....
