The other 75% of his missed tackles were simply because Te'o is a soft player, Skip.

Man WTF is this shite, I'm already sick of it. People mad that Alabama is back on top so they have to create bullshite to make excuses for poor play.

I for one was disgusted in 2009 when the excuse was if Colt McCoy was able to come back out and play then bama would've lost. I was disgusted when they said bama didn't deserve the rematch in 2011, and now I'm disgusted that even though Notre Dame was OPENLY EXPOSED on Defense during the 2012 BCSNC the excuse is that America's Darling Manti Teo has emotional issues that caused the loss.

No, assholes, only the strong survive the sweeping tide.

Sure you do.

This shite is laughable. And for the record, when these "journalist" were investigating Tyrann they had guys crawling around sketchy parts of BR at 2am over some weed. Te'o trolls the country for 3 years and nobody bats an eye

I actually really like this comparison. What is not getting reported at all in the media is how big of jackasses the media itself appears in all of this. And Notre Dame.

So quick to crucify kids from SEC schools for smoking some weed, but not critical at all that we are being sold a bill of goods that clearly makes no sense by a kid who made up a horrible story to get attention and further advance his career. And how about an apology from ESPN and NBC for the gross negligence in fact checking? I would like one personally for all of the horrid ‘storytelling’ over dramatic music I had to watch leading up to this game.

And how is Note Dame not getting just absolutely slammed right now? Even if we are to believe their story of finding out on 12/26, which I don’t, why did they wait until it was reported in the news to have that BS presser? In the post Sandusky world we have Notre Dame which is, unbelievably, upheld as some type of moral compass clearly benefiting from keeping this all a secret. Not only that, but we’re supposed to feel sorry for them.

God I am thankful he looked like a total joke against Bama, I just wish this came out before so I could have laughed even more.

You are absolutely correct. Take a look at this article in Slate about the different vetting in the Teo and Mathieu stories.

I usually abhor anything on Slate, but they certainly nailed it here.
