Ohio State and they have an established track record across multiple coaches to prove it….because they don’t have a culture needed to win meaningful games OOC. They have talent up the arse…they do not develop depth. Their fans whine about it non stop…they’ve never lost a game they have only been missing starters and that’s why the did not score more than their opponents. They’d be hell in the SEC through mid October and they’d have a losing record the last 6-7 weeks of the regular season given the well established culture at OSU and the big10 in general
