It is funny to me when Auburn fans talk about Dye they act like he is a coach Bryant or Charlie Mac, or Gen. Neyland or one of the greats of the past.

He's never won shite.

He's trying to figure out how he is going to retract his statement about how Petrino would never be hired at Auburn "ever" when the story breaks about AU already having the deal done and the staff being told before the A&M game they wouldn't be retained after the season.

You actually want Bobby Petrino to be the next coach at Auburn?

If serious, y'all are a joke

He won plenty. And he made the Bear quit and Dye.

Fact is Bryant was terrified of Dye at AU. Even begged him not to take the AU job.

He knew his arse was fricked the minute Pat Dye set foot in Auburn. Old coward took the easy way out and croaked.

Don't forget Stabler!! What about Mike Price, he wsa hired and immediately went to a titty bar, got fricked up and put whores on his university credit card. I think he lasted 6 weeks as head coach and never coached a game. That is world class drunk right there.

It is a very long distinguished list of drunks at Alabama.
