WP is fine. King and bear is also an international destination so of course it's condition is better. Not sure what your travel plans are but St John's country club is $26 for 18 with cart after 2pm. Shhhhh..

ETA: if you can hike a mile there's a lotta parking around Jesse St etc. in the industrial area north of the stadium. No$ but it's a sketchy area. I tailgate at the Graybar Electric tailgate party at their warehouse but they have security. See a lotta peeps park all around there tho in empty lots....
