I would like to start a tally on who believes in Coach Frank Wilson as a head coach. Please, don't be a bitch and dv, or do, just state your opinion for future reference.

Thanks,

From BR, just doing this for future reference.

If Leo was the only name that influenced this, LSU wouldn't be the program that it is.

Are you trying to say a RB coach is making LSU what it is or.....? I'm fricking confused. He's not head coach material by any fricking means. And just because he coached at Ole Miss.....doesn't mean jack shite. I truly don't know what you're getting at here.

What I was insinuating, for lack of a more elementary term, is that Frank fricking Wilson will be a phenomenal head coach. Again, that was insinuated, but asked as a question. Do you have an opinion? Or do you just feel like acting like a pussy when a name pops up regarding someone on LSU's staff?

Frank Wilson is a nobody in the grand scheme of things. It's doubtful that he will ever be a head coach and his record isn't really that impressive. Argue if you must, but there are tons of coaches with better resumes so fight that battle if you really feel the need to. I guess he coached under Orgeron, so that has to count for something right?

Guy is a solid recruiter but has never been higher than a position coach. I think he could move up to OC somewhere someday and maybe a HC eventually... He's young but hasn't done much outside of recruiting

If he's in charge of what RB plays when then he's one of the reasons we lost to a shitty Notre Dame team. Hand the ball to LF and we win by 20. He can recruit

He is a very good young coach, great recruiter and his players respect him.
Head Coach maybe in time, remains to be seen. I do believe he will get a shout at OC within the next 3 or 4 years.

I can visualize Coach Wilson as head coach at LSU when Miles retires, or if Miles is run off. Frank Wilson is a dynamic coach, and leader of young men.

I think Wilson would be an outstanding coach, if given the right opportunity, with the right program. Great recruiter, has learned enough of what to do, and more importantly what not do to be successful as a coach from his experiences at LSU. He surrounds himself with the right staff, he could do well.

There's a lot more to HC than recruiting.

Frank Wilson is not the reason Leo decommitted.
