that motherfrickin phantom TD cost us the game we won.

I am willing to be you care. Would you rather UGA won by a touchdown by kneeling out the last minute or would you rather endure the "Hobnail Boot" for all eternity.

I agree that the Gaffney play was pretty bad too though, and was in no way a TD by today's replay standards.

I can't believe you're whining about the game you won.

Don't misunderstand, I am not whining about the game. I just wanted to demonstrate that in the pre-replay era of college football, MANY mistakes where made. Sometimes you were on the winning side, sometimes you are on the losing side of calls. A "catch" was very subjective in the 90's and early 2000's.

I am going to ignore the rest of it so i don't get angry but this is what i was thinking with all the emphasis on controlling the ball through the catch I have to believe they would've ruled it incomplete

And to the Florida fan don't give me the "we had another play" bullshite we both know that argument doesn't fly

I got ya. I wasn't trying to pick at an open wound. I just wanted to get the point across. Looks like it worked.

These plays bring up what could be a great topic. What play do you consider the most... maddening against your team.

Someone go start it!

I just posted mine

Although that Music City Bowl to many men on the field fiasco in 2010 was some of the worst officiating i've ever seen. Problem was they did exactly what they were suppose to according to the rules

Well, don't act like there wasn't another opportunity either

clearly a catch. if instant replay existed back then, it would not have been overturned.

Fulmer had former Vandy player Alama Matthews banned from Neyland for that call. But as I recall, the guy who should get the most blame is former UT player John Chavis, since his "prevent" defense prevented us from winning, as usual, right LSU?

what is the board's opinion of the play? Complete? Incomplete?

Obviously incomplete. Had the play occurred at midfield and been called a catch and a fumble, Gators would be livid.
