But that's just a small taste of how Texas selectively re-writes their own history to make themselves look better. Hard for you to believe that people can survive without you in their life...... but when I say I hate Texas.... I sincerely mean the University of Texas. I'm not glad you are back except that it excites me to get to have a front row seat to watch you get beat up on every week now. This ain't the Big XII where you only have to really get up for two games a year and no one is physical enough for you to have a hangover the next week from a previous game. Your dudes are going to get beat up on every single week. It's going to be different... just wait and see.

That’s some sip logic right there. Never short on arrogance or reality.
I will commend the OU posters on here. They are pretty solid except for MoJo and their own fans call him out.
But man, lots of ignorant Texas posters are overrunning this place lately. Peak off-season mode for them I guess.

I’d call it respect for an opponent. As much as I love seeing OU lose, I’m glad we’re moving together to the SEC and reuniting with other rivals.
Before you laugh… I have the same respect for A&M. Good school that represents the state of TX well.

But in two of those three times played in the NC game. And that’s when only two teams were picked.

When Texas A&M can't cheat they lose. In the SWC days because of Texas' Law School, Medical School, Business School, and everything else, they dominated not only the state legislature, but Texas society in general.
It wasn't fair that the Texas Legislature started UT on 40 acres on the tallest hill next to the State Capitol and put A&M in the middle of a black hole 100 miles from civilization, or that A&M choose to exclude women until the 60's, while Farrah was the most photographed women in the world.
Texas A&M has never won in the modern era without being associated with NCAA violations. They don't deny they happened, just complain they got caught and punished.
A&M has adapted. Not by conforming, but my pushing protectionist legislation in the State House that protects them from the consequences of their actions.

Arkansas went to the SEC for money. The plan was for Texas and A&M to follow.
Ann Richards, a Baylor grad and governor, went to the legislature and stopped that.
