Forecast in Fayetteville for opening day: 35 degrees with 30% chance of snow.
If Baum was located in a warmer winter climate Arkansas would win the baseball attendance championship every year going away.

Thank you posting this. I was in my weather den last night and what Baum has coming at it really started to bother me.
I figured if no one spoke up by this evening I would make mention.
I'm getting the dogsled team ready. They are getting baseball fever and are ready to hit the trail.

the same people bitching about this are the same ones that will be bitching at the end of the season that LSU plays too many home games (the majority of which are in the beginning of the season)

We get some of those cold winds coming down off the plains before they have a chance to be mitigated by the Gulf.
