comes out of the right and who comes out of the left of your pre-game A?

Does the offense run out from the right and the defense from the left?

Do the juniors and seniors run out to one side and the sophomores and freshmen run out the other?

Is it done alphabetically?

Do they practice doing it in the preseason to make sure everyone goes the right way?

With Les leading the team I wouldn't trust our guys to remember so much in such a highly charged moment.

Just curious.

This would just be begging Les to run to the wrong sideline, possibly being trampled on the way.

The third stringers run out of the left side so they get a little more time on the field. It's just a couple more seconds but it's somethin.

I can't believe you guys don't know.

I'd never noticed it before but immediately thought it was a bad idea to have to choreograph a teams "student athletes" out through two separate routes.

I also wondered if some people asked permission to "go to the wrong side" if they had some kind of superstition. If they did allow such changes, I wondered if someone got pulled aside at the last minute and was asked to go the other way to keep it even.

Is it part of the "get back" coach's responsibilities?

Maybe the "time out" coach keeps up with who came out of which side the week before

It's been bothering me since I saw it but I was preoccupied with other thoughts until a few minutes ago.

What about special teams?

Two way players?

Do they ever change it up so one unit or the other can run out closest to the student section or just one time on the side where their family sits?

Is it like a spring game where the unit that makes the best entrance gets steaks and the other guys serve them?

Seems like it might be divisive. Seems like starting from two different sides and coming out together would be a more positive way to do it.

Wouldn't that be more of a team building thing?

They might run into each other if they ran up through the bottom of the legs.

On a side note regarding the A, roaming camera people have to wear bright orange vests now because a few games ago this girl was texting right before they ran through the A and she got trampled.

If she was texting at a moment like that, seems to me like she was non-essential personnel but people still have to wear those vests now.

Not exactly sure but I think Ronnie Wingo starts off going to the right side, tip toe, then head to the left running right into the point of the A clogging up the entire damn thing.
