Vegas begs to differ. Ags -12 and widening since open at -8 or so.

Ole miss against bama looked as fast as florida against A&m and just as physical. I think A&M did a supprisingly good job of softening florida up in the opening game.

Thats the whole thing... no one with money is putting it on a team that has already allowed 60+ in their own stadium this year. Anyone that is smart anyways.

Also TT9 you are for sure reading it wrong, that means no one was betting Ole Miss.

that or 8-4. Aggies may be starting out in really good shape for their first yr. Might have competed for the Championship in the Big 12.

that and the fact that arky (and seemingly auburn) has gone to hell definitely helps

Not the only reason no,I'm just not that impressed with A&M tbh.

Ok. Why?

Because we gave up 515 yards and 10 points to what is still one of the SEC's best passing offense?

So it's because we lost by 3 to a top 10 team in our first game of the season (with our new coach and fish QB), coupled with not having other chances to impress you (merely by virtue of who we've stomped)?

That's why you're down on us?

Okie doke.

Moreover, must you be "that impressed" with A&M to believe they win?

Why?

He has no real answer other than it makes the Bama/Ole Miss game look better. I mean they did only score 33 on them, hell Central Arkansas put up 27 on Ole Miss.

Ole Miss = good folks
We're good people too.
A great game will be played.
Ags are pumped about going to Oxford & toasting the greatness that is college football with the Rebs.

Texas Aggies aren't in the Big 12 anymore. I know y'all cannot know how amazing that is for us; but trust me: It's so great. And it's been a long time coming.

So for this season (alone)--as is the case w all of our SEC neighbors--the game is a win-win situation, regardless of outcome.

Well thought out OP.

Unlike us, Texas has beaten a lot of good teams...including ones that got blown out to Arizona, even if it required a little "help"

Not going to predict us to win, or to be outscored.
I'm predicting a great, drunken weekend with new friends.
All is good.
