Those that purchase SRO tickets are morons. If you want to stand - Stand outside the stadium and tailgate. Or stand at a bar across the stadium and drink a cold beer. Your choice. Watching the game on TV is alot better than in the stands. IMO

To answer OP: You'll either be way up on the east sideline concourse or at the top of south end zone on that concourse.

If you've never been before and can afford to spend a couple hundred on a ticket, do it. If either of those aren't true, watch it in the Grove or at The Library. You'll have fun regardless and unless you're obnoxious, no one will be a dick to you.

Youre crazy. Id rather tailgate outside the stadium or watch TV in a bar getting loud with everyone else. You can stay in the stadium sweating and trying to pick out whats going on in the nosebleed section. Im just fine with HD.
Ive done the stadium way to much. I pefer the cold beer and the ability to take a piss 15 steps from my seat vs. walking 16 miles to stand in line. Unless youre at LSU, then you'll just piss in a balloon.

You can just stand on the concourse above the south endzone or east sideline. Really nice view actually. I will oftentimes just hangout up there for a while even though I have regular tickets
