worse sanction of all would be to force them to keep freeze and sign him to a lifetime contract. He, Gus, Bert, and Sumlin should have lifetime contracts.

1) have to start using paper plates , plastic utensils and plastic table clothes at tailgates in The Grove
2) have to take down the sign that says "2003 SEC Western Division Champions
3) have to wear white pants to homes games scheduled after Labor Day
4) have to cook their own tailgate food
5) and the most severe--no mate chandeliers in the The Grove, have to use colored Christmas lights that blink

Patterson looks like a pretty good QB. With sanctions coming down hard he would be foolish to stay at Ole Miss. At least the Rebs will have him for 2 more games and maybe a lower tier bowl. Such is the price of blatant disregard of the rules. The feeling at SEC & NCAA is sanctions must be meaningful to be effective. A message to all institutions will arrive in an envelope with Ole Miss as the addressee.

I have no love for Ole Miss, but this is really shitty (just like it was shitty when they did it to us). It shouldn't take years to do an investigation. By sending a letter and then waiting this long, you've impacted two recruiting classes before you've even started the actual sanctions. That's not right.
