we are losing joeckel. we slide matthews to LT, matthews bro takes over for lewis at center, and we still have ogbuehi. are line might not be one of the 3 best in the country like it was this year, but it isnt going to suck

They all of the sudden have a 90% chance of beating a team that hung 66 points on them?

Our defense improved a lot over the season. We played about 8 freshmen a ton last year with 4 starting by the end of the year. We were inexperienced and thin but got better as the year went on. Those FR are now Soph and we actually have depth now. If we play Texas in the bowl game we probably win 31-28 or so. If you want to say we have no shot because they scored 66 didn't watch any of our other games. We still dropped 31 on Texas with a QB and OLine playing against its first real test after having 2 awful years before that. Changing a mindset takes time. Ill put it at a 45% chance we win because they are at home.

We lost to A&M because JFF converted 4th and 30 and we were out of gas after that. Our defense will be much deeper and our offense is a mirror of A&M without JFF. CJ Johnson, Ward and Nkemdiche will enjoy chasing him out of the pocket next year. Making the tackle will be the key. I give us a 25% chance because we are at home.

2nd term african American (half) president, pope stepping down, "race riots" apparently not affecting recruiting anymore.

We may sweep the west.

For whatever reason I'm pretty sure I watched every Ole Miss game last year and along with A&M you could see them getting better and better every week...the team that played LSU at the end of the year was NOT the same team that lost to Texas.

I will definitely put my money on Ole Miss against Texas, that program is stagnant and there no reason the Rebs can't go in there and make a big statement for their program.

By the time the game rolls around, A&M will be the number one team in the country and having rocked Alabama and Ole Miss will have like 4 losses... the spread will be closer to 16.5.

Gotta respect confidence like that... I'm just gonna go ahead and bookmark this thread... For, you know, when yall are ranked #1 and favored by double digits in Oxford and all.
