It's possible someone in your family works for me. I need to cut their salary.

The article clearly states that the NCAA was within its rules to do what it did there. Try rereading it.

Nope. I heard they have none other than Atticus Finch as the lead defense counsel.

fo·li·o

/'fole?o/

noun
noun: folio; plural noun: folios

an individual leaf of paper or parchment, numbered on the recto or front side only, occurring either loose as one of a series or forming part of a bound volume.
•Printing
the page number in a printed book.
•a sheet of paper folded once to form two leaves (four pages) of a book.

Records of hotel stays are called hotel folios. Just when you can't seem any dumber , BAM, you go and outdo yourself

The article specifically states that the investigator did not incriminate himself. The hotel happens to employ an inept clerk who failed to gather information about the individual requesting the folio of Moncrief's hotel stay.

Also,

Do you mean to tell me that they tried to get him to admit wrongdoing!? In an investigation? The horror!

I can't wait until Ole Miss takes the NCAA to task for having the audacity to gather information related to an investigation and having the gumption to ask questions, the answers to which were potentially incriminating. The NCAA has clearly gone completely rogue!

Rogue boosters are nothing but trouble and I would never defend one of our own. I'll be the first one here NOT defending one. I love my University too much to have any booster putting our arse in the sights of the Ncaa

So that is why you are BFF's with they Mustang Boy that went rouge with Redmond?

Your a dirty reb, but I gotta admit that the respect that guy gets on ED is disturbing.

And before any EliteDawgs want to jump in, I remember when PH was introduced to his cigar boy. The fella wanted nothing to do with PH, said he was too loud and didn't know how to be discreet. Turns out he was right

Well let me word it differently.

Starting a media campaign to discredit the ncaa is not going to end well

Help me out here....PH? Is that Mustang Boy or Coach? In regards to the Cigar Boys. I wish all fans would sit back and let them handle the shite the right way. I know one from our side and he told me once Freeze came in he was never contacted again. I think that may have lead to a bunch of amateurs leading the charge that got us in our current position.

Not exactly, there will be a toll paid for unmasking the student athletes, something the rebs cheering on RR seem to forget.

That is a huge no no

No student athletes at Ole Miss were unmasked.

Try again.

We will see, one of us will be correct and going by past performance it certainly will not be either of you two clowns.

When the NCAA purposefully leaves student athletes unnamed and masked it is their intention it stays that way.

I would look for #39's inbound suit being filed shortly.

Unless OM notified the students in the NOA and gave them time to appeal the release of their directory information they committed a clear FERPA violation, it is black letter law, not my opinion. There are 9 exceptions to the below and none of them were met.

quote:

However, schools must tell parents and eligible students about directory information and allow parents and eligible students a reasonable amount of time to request that the school not disclose directory information about them.

Now reflect on who has been the most accurate on this from day one.
