USC seems legit, USC has a cupcake schedule,as always, and once that Barkley kid gets some experience under his belt, there's no telling what they'll accomplish.


* Scratch the cupcake thing, they play Texas on Dec. 3rd.

i disagree with this. i think ole miss is overrated, but not that much. definitely top 25 worthy.

Saragin's ranking never make any sense until weeks into the season

they are based significantly on opponents w/l records

This. SOS has more to do with Sagarin rankings than anything. Ole Miss' schedule is epically easy, hence their low Saragin rating.
