Ole Miss Narrative

All off season and year- "Aw Freeze has MSU's number. No way we lose to y'all. The talent level is too much and ordered is restored in the Magnolia state. We are the flagship and we've regained our dominance."
Week of the Egg Bowl- "I fully expect to lose this game. Homefield matters too much. We aren't a great team."
Seems like all OM fans are already pencilling in an L this weekend. Why does Ole Miss hedge their bet every single year? Man up and stick by your team. I didn't truly believe we would win the Egg Bowl last year, but for fricks sake, I would have never admitted it before we actually lost. I told all my OM friends after the game that they truly had the better team, but never would I have said that beforehand.

We're going to beat State's arse in Starkville, and Dan Mullen will go yet another year without being able to freakin' sleep.

Find these posts where everyone is talking shite about us beating State? We may be optimistic in beating them, but I don't think there's really been shite talking between Ole Miss and State this year. We know what the home field advantage means for this game. If this were in Oxford, I'd be pretty damn confident. It's simply the venue and that State is actually good this year. That's a bad combination for going to Starkville. At the start of the season, I feared Memphis and State the most actually, since they looked like classic WAOM losses.

I am expecting a good game. Both teams are pretty damn good. Rebels probably have a little more talent but state will be very tough at home. It's usually a hard hitting bad arse game.

Hey, I'd rather have a coach that lays the cards on the table and admits he hates those assholes Up North. Compared to the Rev Freeze who says he "Loves Everybody" and motivates players with dreams of rainbows and unicorns.
