All the Ole Miss chest banging and poll watching is just too much to not laugh at.

It is cute to read all the love the bears are getting from the hapless media. The katy perry factor and some cute co-eds are being confused for a relevant football program. People tend to forget that the Bears have not won anything since LBJ was in office.
The win over bama was impressive, but the culture in Oxford is not one of championship football.
The greatest oxymoron in all of college football is the Grove's 'walk of champions'. The only championship in recent history is a co-banner that they didn't even go to ATL for....meaning it was a 2nd place banner.
The so-called national championships under vaught are as artificial as many of bama's claims. They didn't finish 1st in the major polls in any of those years.

Enough of all the Ole Miss love.....They are still Ole Miss.....Almost lost to Vandy and will lose 2-3 before the season is over.

I won't dispute that LSU could lose some games. Maybe even in Oxford. But that is not what i was posting about.
State and Arkansas have even been to ATL. If not for aTm joining the west, the bears are still the only team in the west to never get to that game.

LSU has literally lost at least 2 games every year since 2003. If 11-2 or 10-3 is the same Ole Piss I grew up watching, then I'm definitely a pessimistic fan. I seem to remember a bunch of 4-8s and 7-6s

Deny all you want but try to face some reality. Ole Miss has beaten Alabama in back to back years and is loaded with draft talent. When is the last time LSU (or any school for that matter), has done that?

To disrespect where they are right now is just being petty.

Does literally mean something different in Oxford? (2011 ring a bell?)

And I like that you just gloss over the 2 SEC Championships and the BCS championship we won in that time frame. What have y'all done?

Nothing quite frankly. I really don't think any OM fans will deny that.
But pointing to the past to discredit us this year just shows how uneducated you are in football.

No sec had ever scored 73+ points in consecutive games. We Did.
OM had NEVER beaten Bama back2back. Well again we did this year.

So if history is what decides things and will be the reason we won't win anything then how did we do those two things?

Oh and also. Yes Ole Miss is still Ole Miss you fricking retard. We haven't changed our name or changed the school or anything. So why wouldn't we still be Ole Miss?

Thanks again for showing how much you think about us. 1:30 in the morning and you write up a 5 paragraph post to discredit us because of history

Disagree, I would love to see Alabama get another shot at Ole Miss.

I thought Ole Miss was the better team before the Alabama game.

I was wrong.

And Bert and co. would love another shot at aggie. What's the point? Why can't a bama fan just give credit and move on? Face it, leaving Tusc with a win isn't easy these days.

CK has been a suprise and the D is clicking. Bama loses. Next

Doing those things has still won you nothing. You can have your back to back wins over Bama and video game scores. Until you actually make it to Atlanta, let alone win some hardware, it's irrelevant.

And thanks for the "uneducated in football" line. Pretty funny considering everything I've said 100% is fact.

That's my biggest thing. All we heard from EVERYONE was how Kelly wasn't ready for this stage. That he had only faced 2 cupcakes at home. And how he wouldn't be able to handle the crowd and Bamas D. Well guess what. He passes for 3 TDS and over 300 yards and no INTs.

So what if Bama had 5 turnovers. We created them. We recovered them and we capitalized on them. Being mentally prepared is just as important as being physically prepared and have all this Star power.

OM came out and was the better team in the total aspect of the game of football. I would have no issue playing Bama again. Because I feel the result would be the same. Hell I feel it would be even greater in our favor.

Again let this soak in. We walked into Bama with Gameday there after we beat them last year and beat them again. No surprises this time no "oh well it's just OM we were looking past them" Bama and Saban knew they would be in a one hell of a fight and OM took it to them. I I mean hell we were up 30-10 and making it looks easy. Bama had fans booing and leaving early. When was the last time that happened? When they lost to ULM?
