@Ole Miss
Furman
Bye
@Bama
Bye
A&M
Arky

Really the only teams even in this discussion are Ole Miss, Bama, and A&M so I will begin there.

For starters, we will be coming off of bye weeks for Bama and A&M while the Ole Miss game will be coming off of a stretch of Aub, @UGA, @MSU, and UF which is always one of our most physically demanding games.

Secondly, the Ole Miss game is on the road, our 3rd road game in 4 weeks.

Most importantly though, we don't match up with them and their style of play nearly as well as the other too and it was apparent last year despite having much more talent than them. Bama will pound the ball right at the strength of our defense, our DTs and our LBs (outside of Welter). They will certainly score some points, but not nearly as many as the other 2 because of their style of play. A&M will destroy our defense IMO but we will do exactly to them what Bama did and since we are at home we will be able to put just enough pressure on JFF or force turnovers to win the game. LSU has struggled each and every week with setting an edge wether its Gurley and Marshall running around our defense or its Boykin, Prescott, or Murphy escaping the pocket and running around. That read option killed us last year, and I am scared it will do the same thing again. Scott sweep to the left, Scott sweep to the right, get ready to see alot of it. And lastly, Moncrief is just a monster and killed us last year. Our 2 young CBs have so much talent and potential, but are not as good as Simon was at this point last year.

While I still think LSU pulls this one out on the road, it would not surprise me at all to see this team lose to Ole Miss and then beat Bama and A&M. Looking forward to a great Magnolia Bowl

I don't understand what LSU fans have seen from their team to make them so confident that they will beat Alabama.

Ole Miss is a pretty bad team and is banged up. This is stupid.

Ole Miss almost always plays us tough.

They could have their worst team in school history and they would probably play us to the wire.

Besides the "mercy knee" game these are almost always close.

Love this rivalry

Come on,man. The last few weeks the idiocy on this board from all teams' fandoms is getting out of hand. This is just asking for nonsense.

3/11 of our defensive lineman likely won't play so yea. Hill will rush for over 180

I'm not denying we wont simply impose our will upon your defense, but it wont be as bad as what we will do to A&M and its your offense that scares me. Not your defense

Someone said injured but probable but to me that at the best means less than 100% if he does play. I don't think he played much against A&M

If you go by the number of your offensive starters with sex crime convictions, then yes -- I'd have to agree that they're good at imposing their will on people.

it's not what we see in our team but what we don't see in bama's team.
