That's what happened with Saunders. Fired in 2014. He stopped talking. Given Show Cause in 2016. ULL still got punished.

Heard was encouraged by Freeze to look around. Freeze wanted to keep Kiffin but once Lane got the HC gig shite was over.

Not hard to upgrade Heard. He is a terrible coach and doesn't develop WRs at all(see Treadwell)
