Wouldn't that necessarily imply that Ole Miss ever had control of their Institution? When was the last time Ole Miss administration was in control?

This is no crazier than UNC's defense

Pete Boone, for his faults, was more in control than Bjork. Bjork was gas on the fire.

No. The "L" stands for "lack", not "loss". While you can't lose something you never had, you can always lack something you never had.

I always figured you guys were in control the whole time while committing all of those violations. That kind of stuff doesn't happen on accident.

I don't think it is LoIC because it was clearly controlled at the institutional level.

They are guilty of institutional level corruption.

There was very planned, strategic and detailed control for the network Farrar/Freeze were running. I'd have to say it was systematic as well. It can't be easy to administrated over a dozen Boosters, dozens of players, and half a dozen coaches for years on end. Hell, the logistics alone had to have proved a daunting task for a fella like Barney.
