What the Black Bears should be most concerned bout is that as some of the violations occurred under Nutt, now some more violations under Freeze, the NCAA could very easily consider this a matter of lack of institutional control. As opposed to simply a HC breaking the rules. And that is when the NCAA's can get really nasty. I do note that good ol' Archie is not saying a word. Did he not give a strong recommendation for Freeze's hiring?

Bet Bo Scarbrough is one of them. Rumor is that's why he had to sit out the first 4 games of his freshman season, because he received improper benefits from ole miss. Wouldn't surprise me if they spoke with Godchaux too. I hope they get hammered
