UK AND UT have the best and it's really not close. UK wins due to Rupp's history though.

I agree UK and UT have the best. But the overall quality UK's facilities have little to do with Rupp.

Since our upgrades I actually think UT's practice and other facilities are better but will never vote against UK because Rupp's history as well as UK's history as a program edges UT out, imo. I guess I'd just feel wrong ranking them anywhere but 1st.

The problem is sec basketball outside of UK will never compete with the Duke, Kansas, and other marquee teams
