Time stamp emails to cellular pings "I was not there" defense.

Ole Miss is using that garbage as proof. Anyone who watches docu stuff on TV knows that this is a ploy used often by criminals. "Hey, I had an email sent on the day in question, I was not there."

My cellular phone ping proves I made a call not in that area that day I paid money."

If you cheating, you try to cover those bases I suppose, but Ole Miss is fricked. Nice try!

We not worried about chit. We had a WR coached under Mullen some years back and didn't defend his actions. Ole Miss on the other hand is deny deny deny and when proof is overwheling, try to take down anyone else. END OF STORY!

A distant relative of Mitch.

Bet it won't. That's more of that rebel spin bullshite you are buying into from the ole miss message boards. I wouldn't put too much stock in what you are hearing from them. They were wrong about all of this.

Yep. Their fans seem really ignorant on the whole Leo Lewis part.

They claim he lied and also implicated a second Payne from a second school. And that alone lied at the urging of Mullen himself.

It doesn't take much thought to shite on these theories.
First, do you believe a player, all set to start and play for a school, would freely implicate that school with the accusation he was paid by said school? I mean....... really? I guess he just feels like not playing football for a couple years?
Also, goes for Kobe. Same logic.
Then, how does everyone think Leo's name was uncovered in the first place? State didn't out him. The NCAA didn't. But yet almost immediately, OM knew exactly who it was and what it was about. You know why? Because everyone from the head coach, and AD, down to the sodomizing players knew what player got paid and how much. Before the testimony ever occurred. So immediately, the rebs were like "gotta be Leo!". I mean they inadvertently expressed their own guilt.

We've all seen the Pony Excess 30 for 30.

How many SWC schools got punished in he fallout of the SMU investigation? Everybody knew what the other guy was doing,

In the Albert Means case, how many schools were discovered to have paid Means or his coach? 7 or 8?

In both of those huge cases the NCAA uncovered mountains of evidence against other institutions. How did the NCAA handle this? They sent a message to the secondary institutions by handing out the strongest punishments ever seen to the schools being investigated.

The other SEC schools will solemnly accept the warning that the NCAA is about to send us via the public scaphism of Ole Miss.

This thread title is actually a pretty accurate summary of the NOA response.
