Vegas usually is spot on but in this case they are way off. LSU stole their swag...put a fork in em.

barring unforseen variables such as a high number of turnovers to beat Auburn you need to score 25 points to have a shot..just think that`s in the high range for Ole Miss, i`m feeling pretty good about this matchup

and vegas doesn't miss...they don't care if they get the score right as long as they get half the money on each side

Honestly, you can't judge either team by them having a common opponent in LSU. Call it an excuse or what have you, but when Auburn played LSU we were a different team then now.
I wouldn't know where to put my money at but I'm leaning towards Auburn to cover that line by 4.

BTW, Vegas isn't in the business of predicting football outcomes. It's in the game of making money so they will lay the line at the point spread where they get even action on both sides. If some well to do Ole Miss alum lays $100,000 on Ole Miss the line will move in favor of Auburn and vise-versa.

Vegas typically sets a line in attempt to get equal action, nothing more.

this. I'm always amazed folks don't seem to get this. most times the books will release the early lines to the sharps and adjust it accordingly.

I hate this game. I have never pulled for Auburn, but I really dislike Ole Miss and not because they beat us, because we have been beaten before. They play dirty, and their fans act like they invented football and know more than anyone else how the game is played. Bo Wallace is a jerk and should have been ejected from the LSU game for his behavior. What a baby he is. So I hope Auburn beats them like a drum, and shuts them up, and we don't have to hear about them again, because then State will beat them, and that will be 3 losses and no way will they be in the playoff, so they will just be Ole Miss again.
