Nothing is going to happen. The girl would have to press charges and she was also being attacked by another female in video. Simmons is still a juvenile and a judge isn't going to do shite with this. I'm sure he will receive some sort of penalty once he joins the team later this year. If not, he will be under scrutiny. Two strikes against him, most likely.

I don't know why, but I just read this entire thread. Normally I would defend MSU in a case like this because I despise ole miss but you have made an absolute arse of yourself Mullenboys. Trying to defend woman beating, obsessing over your rival, and just making plain idiotic arguments. Pretty sad honestly

ALL teams have their "THUG" elements. Every team tries to enhance the transgressions of all the others especially when the spotlight demeans THEIR thugs. You are right...it's some pretty funny stuff. And Yes, Coach freeze has given Chad Kelly a tremendous second third, etc. chance to do better.
So far it's worked out really well for us. Not only is Kelly a very good quarterback and a tremendous leader on the team, and he is by all accounts a pretty good person. He is, however, NOT a saint.....YET! Could he mess up again? ALL of us can mess up again.
Whether Simmons plays a down at MSU shouldn't matter to Ole Miss fans ( it does not to me)
because it is up to MSU whether it will accept his actions and give him another chance or pull his scholarship. Either way there is not an iceberg's chance in hell it will affect Ole Miss on or off the field.
This obsession with the destruction and wished demise of Ole Miss by the OP is unhealthy and damn funny!
Noxubee County won't arrest this young man, Simmons. Noxubee County supports that can of behavior as part of its culture. It is just the way it is down there....no big deal. Just bein' one of the boys!
