Also, if we had not scored 43 points on them and scored zero instead, they probably beat us by 43. Hands down.
You keep banking on winning the turnover margin 5-0 every game!! LSU has a more dominant OL and is built to avoid turnovers. And your defense made Jacob Coker look like Nick Marshall.

Championships teams take advantage of opportunities
Doesn't really matter how the opportunities are created, doesn't matter why the opportunity came, or when they come about either. Champions take advantage when opportunity knocks, that simple.
Bama fans should know all this from watching our past SEC & National Champion Bama teams. How many times did Bama take advanatge of many different opportunities during Championship seasons? There were opportunities Bama made themselves! There were opportunities other teams gave Bama! Right? Just because Bama took advanatge of many different opportunities, does that lesson the achievements Bama had? No it doesn't, Ole Miss should get the same love and respect.
Congrats Ole Miss
Well deserved

What about Bama getting an onside kick that bounced forward about 30 yards to help them make the score closer?
The fluke TD was very lucky. It happens. But it happened because the receivers didn't give up on the play.
The "illegal" TD was legal. Part of his body was behind the line of scrimmage and so by rule, it's a good play. They had an offensive lineman downfield...so what, that crap happens all the time and is missed. That is routine and had really nothing to do with the great play that was made.

Well said Squirrely - I for one have gone to message boards congratulating the victors over us and with Bama its been a lot over the years. Message boards seem to be different now and I personally don't care for it. Congrats on a hard fought game. Maybe we play again in the championship game!

Florida may well upset Ole Miss. It's a very favorable matchup for the Gators.
If Florida can score 20 in that game, I think they win, and I don't see Ole Miss generating more than 300-320 yards of total offense.

Nothing but love for the Rebels from here. Ole Miss is legit. Granted, I have to admit I can't recall a game where there were two fumbled kickoff returns and so many short field turnovers but it isn't like those happened in a vacuum. Ole Miss was very opportunistic and was deadly in kick coverage.
Last night's game was a perfect example of a team responding every time they needed. Sh## got real and loud as frick in BDS after we cut it to 30-24 and then Kelly made that big play.

And to top it off, Eric Church ended up being a fluke too.....

IO cant stand the little bitch you are dissing here, but a poster on a message board, dissing another poster on said message board, for posting messages on said message board is the epitome of stupid.
I do however think your Syria comment is the funniest thing I have read in a long fricking time. So how bout just not being stupid and instead keep being entertaining. Thanks in advance.

turnovers can be prevented with proper ball security and not forcing plays, both of which bama failed on

I'm only high off of LSU whipping Auburn's azz. It was a legal pass because his whole body wasn't past the line of scrimmage. That's why they reversed the call. So they had a lineman in the middle of the field a few yards downfield away from the pass...so what...that barely gets called.

Hit close to home, eh?
When your entire day is obsessing over something--especially something the typical person would consider irrelevant and a waste of time--it's fair to assume said person is a little unstable. Hence the not trying to cut too deep on someone that probably has issues to begin with.

I remember what it was like when we took to the message boards the day after a loss for reasons as to why the other team wasn't as good as they claimed they were even though they just beat us.
Good. You're going to need that skill.

Take out the herp-derp scrambles by Coker and y'all are off the field on 3 different drives rather than scoring TDs. Hell just take out the fricking opening coin flip and there's not even a game! Y'all are still undefeated! Shut. The. frick. Up. A game was played. shite happened. You lost. Stop making excuses and get to the back of the fricking line, scrub.
Both teams played a sloppy ugly game. Both teams looked pathetic. Nothing for either team to brag about. Also no reason to bump OM poll rank.

Your team either sucks or we forced 5 turnovers. Which is it?
Seriously our special teams and QB suck. It's putrid and inexcusable. 5 turnovers and one was from a legitimate hit and one was from legitimately great coverage on OJ. Our defense was elite and rendered Kelly ineffective most of the game. Our coverage in Treadwell and your other good receivers was very good. Our defense can't bail us out. I don't care about the downfield linemen on passes as it relates to this loss. Five turnovers are the cause for this loss not a blown call.
