Listen to the first 30....

He states that on the NCAA reopened the case after Tunsil's comments.

At that point the NCAA offers immunity to get facts.

There is cheating and getting caught... An that can be bad.

BUT then there is cheating, lying about it, making a tool of the NCAA and then caught with NEW things because of Immunity.

That's what will bury you!

I'm not sure how you are missing that.

In ole miss's video release today. The president/Chancellor stated the NCAA reopened the case due to comments made at the draft. That was tunsil's.

It was then the NCAA started offering immunity to anybody that was recruited by ole Miss with any knowledge.

To sum it up..... On national Television, Tunsil's and Ole Miss make a FOOL of the NCAA and the process.

You can cheat and get a small spanking.... But when you cheat, lie, send make a FOOL of the NCAA.... That's a whole different situation!

Well, the question will be "are they better off now?"

As I read on ESPN, will the penalties out way the profit or program status.

If they only get a few scholarships taken and a 1 year bowl ban then yeah. Why not do it again? Why would other teams not do it?

I fully believe that they went down this path due to the NCAA not effectively enforcing it's laws via punishment. Cases like Miami and Auburn. Everybody knew that would open Pandora's Box.

Now what do they do? Leave it open? Or close it?
