yes. its awful. went there a year ago and ended parking behind the mall. then no shuttles to the game or grove. ended up walking to grove in 100 degree heat.

not sure. the traffic on jackson avenue is awful before the game and after. i stay on hwy 6. take the 2nd exit right (i think) on old taylor road and park in the first lot on right. $30. its just a short walk up to the grove .
