If and only if that 4th quarter was the lights coming for a guy who was National HS player of the year in 2014 and the #1 QB coming out of HS, if that's the case (which wouldn't be shocking, Grier is really young but is arguably the most talented QB in the conference) - - then UF 35 Ole Miss 17

McElwain is a very good coach and I think he'll continue to prove so and take the W against Ole Miss.
How so? The running game. Ole Miss hasn't proven they can stop a running game if a team isn't turning the ball over. And, I think UF will feed Kelvin Taylor and mix in some play action to keep Ole Miss honest. I think UF's defense is good and they will play very well against Ole Miss.

In terms of consistency he is the same. His success at La Tech and Brissetts at NCSU aren't remarkable at all.

I love where this Gator team is at right now. This is just the amount of improvement we need to see and I think 8 or 9 wins is possible. Next year we should be a contender for the SEC! 
That being said, Ole miss is in a more stable situation to compete for the SEC now. We'll probably need a +2 turnover advantage to win, which is possible. Otherwise, I don't see it happening now.
