after seeing bama now for 2 games against the rebels, and 1 game with lsu, I can understand how tide fans would say that the pitching staff deserves better from the lineup. the pitching is excellent.

Alabama should be better than 22-14 right now. The pitching is good enough to take the team deep into the postseason. The bats won't let that happen.

the same thing is true for Ole Miss. Quality pitching completely shuts us down. Cliff Godwin as hitting coach is sorely missed. congratulations on a series win. and for the record, my intention Friday nite wasn't to rub it in. I was actually trying to give bama more credit than than the tide fans who were saying they suck. good luck on the rest of the season
