There are baby daddies running around scot-free that are thousands of dollars in arrears for court-ordered child support and no one (other than baby mama) gives a shite. Yet, Harvey is gonna get incarcerated for trees.

I really hate what he did, I hate that it hurt so many people's feelings and has effected so many Au fans lives in a negative way and has caused the loss of some of the enjoyment when celebrating a football win. However, I didn't ask him to do what he did, in the name of my Alma Mater, and I certainly don't approve but if you're trying get to lay the blame at my feet then you can get fricked in the eye socket with a hot poker.
The new trees will grow and the shite tickets can still fly. Enjoy the new chapter of Toomers Corner and make new memories. It's your fault if you dwell on the lost trees and let it ruin your time.

I could get behind that argument if I thought his life had become as miserable as you suggest.
It may be hard to believe, but I really haven't followed that aspect of this story.

Its unfortunate AU gets associated with bama and their fans, but more people are starting to realize to two fan bases and schools are nothing alike now.
