Loss of scholarships. Vacate some wins, including the national championships, maybe a limit on bowl appearances.
On a side note: I don't know why people have issue with this, but if something is vacated it doesn't go to the runner up, it's just vacated; if you want to claim it, go for it, but that's not how it works. Notre Dame doesn't get a championship, much like LSU doesn't get one.

Nothing will happen to Bama. My opinion is they have dodged a lot of allegations and will continue to do so. They have given everyone the blueprint, send a a cease and desist order and you are good.

But it would suck if they have to give their championship to friggin Notre Dame. The friggin Irish fans are more annoying than arkie fans.
Vacated championships aren't reassigned. They're just vacated. Empty. Vacant.

The big hit will be to Saban's reputation. Instead of a football mastermind, he's just another shady coach.

Probation. Again. Im just surprised they were able to stay off probation for the complete year they did.

Looking at recent NCAA investigative efforts (Miami, Auburn, Manziel, etc.), the investigators will fumble about interviewing the wrong people, pissing up a rope, spending tons of money for nothing and after a couple of years apologize to St. Nick of Saban and the Alabama nation for casting doubts upon them. In retaliation, Alabama fans claim another 7 national championships and start openly handing their football players large bundles of cash on the sidelines during televised games on the SEC network. Brent and Herbie keep a running total each player receives during the game and gives frequent updates.

Seriously, nothing will come of this but rampant Alabama fan homerism and frequent wife beatings in mobile homes across the state of Alabama. Also the NCAA should post armed guards at their headquarters to protect their landscaping from retribution.

I may be wrong but I really don't see anything happening. If no one will talk to the NCAA or turn over documents there is really nothing they can do from what I understand. Also, itseems we had already been working on this with the SEC according to our AD. Fluker has been working with our compliance staff and Davis was sent a letter to stay far far away. I think this plays in our favor. If someone else knows something different about the NCAA rules please enlighten me.

Have you not seen all of the text messages between the agents, a Bama booster and Fluker and other former players (at the time) detailing payments? I mean, in terms of evidence of impermissible benefits, it is by far the most substantial evidence since SMU.
