Yes. It's unproven, and new defensive line coach. We will see what happens with it. depth issues are real concerns for a few teams. If LSU loses an offensive tackle, we are screwed.

Georgia - Tons of talent...easily enough to win the East...that is a lot of room to disappoint with a Jim Chaney Offense.
Auburn - There are some articles I have seen that have touted Stidham as a "dual threat" qb. He is not. I think he is a very good passer, but will Gus scrap his offensive philosophy to fit his strength?
South Carolina - Strong QB play will help a lot...but I think that the wheels could come off early. I don't see them finishing in the top 5 of the East.

Tennessee - Champions of Life won't win the East...but they will play spoiler to either Georgia or Florida. I think John Kelly is a star in the making, and they will lean on him heavily in the offense. If they can stay healthy on defense, they could surprise some people.
MIZZOU - I think their offense will be very strong this year. If they can sneak up on some people early in the season, they could easily finish in the top 3 or 4 in the East.
MSU - Mullen is a very good developer of QBs. As Fitzgerald goes, so does MSU. I don't see them competing for the top of the West...but could definitely see them spoiling it for someone else.
Bama will win the West
There will be a tie at the top of the East (possibly a 3-way tie)...the swamp lizards will go to Atlanta...simply because you can't get any luckier than the Shark Lover.

He's a good enough runner to pick up ~400 yards and 5+ TD
And what does that matter? Gus set school passing records in 2009 with Chris Todd who ran from defenders slower than a confederate statue from antifa protesters.
Gus didn't have dual threat QBs at Tulsa and his offense did just fine.
Just last season our was rolling beautifully during that winning streak with Sean White before he got hurt.
And he brought in a new OC, Chip Lindsay, who has an Air Raid background for the specific purpose of opening up the passing game.
By all account the O this year will look a lot like the version of the RPO that Stidham put up such good numbers in at Baylor.
