Ok Florida. Make the case. Will you be competitive against Bama?

The nation saw you come within a shameful home cooked ref call of losing to FAU.

The nation saw you get blown out of the stadium by Free Shoes.

The nation saw you lose to the dumpster fire called LSU.

Make they case. If you still BELIEVE you belong on the same field as Bama, that you will be competitive and could WIN, explain yourselves.

Sure, we have a great defense.

I don't even think Florida fans think they will be competitive against Bama.

I have nothing, but enjoy watching UF play in the SECCG for the 11th time while LSU sits in BR wishing they were in Atlanta.

Will just be nice seeing another team not named Mizzou getting crushed in this game.

Our defense will keep it close for a half before our own offense wears them down. I wouldn't be surprised if it's as close as 14-0 Bama at halftime.

Maybe Mac turns Treon loose running the ball, knowing we don't have a game next week. Maybe we score a touchdown. We won't win without A LOT of help from Alabama. This is not the same Florida team from early October.

Haha good one. Our QB has gone yumpy and apparently there is no back up.

We might wear out Bama's defense having to bat down all those passes and we could hurt them kicking field goals and extra points at their head and torso, so that's a plus.

Seriously, as usual, the Gator defense will be sticky and KT is a baller so we could keep it close for a half... maybe

I think kiffen gets cute and makes coker throw a pick 6.

35-6 bama. (Lets be honest, extra points are 50/50 and I'm taking the under)

Our defense will show up as always and for some reason, I got a feeling Treon pulls some offense out of nowhere to make it entertaining at least.

Defense will keep it close first half. QB runs will be used more.

My argument is that UF can contain Henry better than Cook, as they are different types of running backs. Cook can cut on a dime, while Henry isn't as skilled at that in the open field. UF may do better this week.

Second, maybe Bama has some turnovers, or 1 pick six that kind of gets Kiffin/Saban worried about losing, as opposed to going out to win

CFB is a strange game.

For a half and until our Defense gets worn out because our shitastic QB can't pass the ball over a VW beetle, sure we'll give them a fairly good fight.

UF will fight for one half to keep it respectable. Then, the wheels will come off and UF will lose by like 30. It's hard to play hard on defense when you know the offense can't score at all.

It's amazing it was only 13-2 in the FSU game. FSU should have been killing Florida.

I don't understand all these UF troll threads either. We know we aren't that good and benefited from a terrible East.

We know that Mac has a tough row to hoe with the offense he inherited. We know that next year could be a regression from this year if the East improves and our offense does not improve.

We are some of the most sane and logical fans on the planet so trolling us seems odd.

On paper, it looks like a mismatch, but if we can make no other argument for Florida, we can note that Auburn played Bama tougher than they should have if we went by the match on paper. Teams can exceed expectations. Frequently, they do.
