Aren't those temporary bleachers too? I am sure they are safe because I have never heard of an incident, but if I was sitting up there sober I would be .

I'd argue for Rice Stadium, of all places. It's surprisingly big (75k, due to its former SWC membership) and has the best sight lines I've ever seen.

No prob, bro. The first pic is taken from the observation deck right above the Neyland Stadium letters. That should give you a pretty good idea of the route
