Excuse me? It was 50 years ago this year I deployed to Vietnam.
So... let me get this straight pajama boy ... You are saying military service causes a loss of a sense of reality? And yet here you are, proclaiming LSU to be Alabama's toughest game when even Arkansas has played closer than LSU lately? When LSU has averaged 3rd or 4th in the SEC west for 5 years? Yet you think they are some type of special elite SEC team? And you talk about other's sense of reality?
Military service in Vietnam taught lessons that have lasted a lifetime, such as how to get the gaping mouth droolers to show how foolish and delusional they are. And you should shut the frick up about your attitude toward America's military and veterans until you understand...which in your case may take a while.

Same with Bama and LSU for AU....the only reason why I don't want Auburn in the East is losing both those games every year. The Iron Bowl is the Iron Bowl and will always be physical and to this day a lot of my favorite games to go back and re-watch are the AU-LSU games from the Tubs era at AU.
The AU-LSU games during the era of 2000-2007 were just absolutely brutal contests.
