In other words, we are already doing things to address any racial tensions on campus and a bunch of student athletes are not going to dictate the direction of the school administration. If I were the president I would demand the head coach come out in strong support of the president and regain control of his athletes. If he doesn't, Pinkel is tossed and those athletes lose their scholarships.

I certainly can go along w/ this, this season has already shown why Pinkel is pretty much ready for the exit door. He doesn't need the paycheck and is not really capable of handling these type of complex situations, he could easily retire and not force the University's hand at removing him since this does give "cause".

Are there any recruits worth having that might be looking elsewhere as a result of this steaming mess?

I already said that he should pull thier scholarships because of thier own racially agenda driven actions and tell them he doesn't tolerate racism on his team.
