Quick rule of thumb: If someone has been on the rant more than 2 years, they probably have figured out the game to the point where they change logos at just the right time to rustle enough jimmies.
Many change their logo to the rival of the team they're playing (Kansas in this case) or to the opponent of their rival (Arkansas in this case).
Others will take a major game that week and wholesale pick a side (for example, Alabama/Auburn).
