I don't like the NCAA rules about them being the only ones that can make money off the students, but if anyone thinks JM did not take money is more than naive.

Why? Nothing on the NCAA statement contradicts the ESPN report. The ESPN reports said all along that their sources weren't cooperating with the NCAA. If ESPN's investigators were able to find more info than the NCAA, seems to me like the fail is with the NCAA.

Nothing like Texas fans though. Here on Austin radio the announcer was chiding A&M for the penalty saying it was disgraceful.
